  • Welcome to the Special Schools Local Professional Development Committee Support Page! Pam Brodie is a member of the Regional LPDC support Team.

    The Regional Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) Support Team was established in late 2005 to facilitate transition to a standards-based professional development system, specifically to:

    • Organize and hold informational meetings for LPDC members in their assigned areas;
    • Work cooperatively with Ohio stakeholders to develop tools and strategies for effectively implementing the Professional Development Standards across the state; and
    • Develop standards-based criteria for LPDCs to use to evaluate Individual Professional Development Plans (IPDPs).
    In this site you will find resources, announcements and support for your LPDC.
  • This "course" is a place where AC members can get together and work on projects (such as the workshop planned for the 2006 OCRID conference), share ideas and talk to each other. No one else except for ISLR staff and other members of the AC will be able to see anything that is posted in this "course". If you ever have any questions about any thing, please don't hesitate to call Margaret Murphy at 614-995-1564 or murphy@osd.oh.gov. I hope you enjoy working in Moodle!
